This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Sorry for asking a really dumb question...

It's a feature that allows you place movie clips / small video files in a bank. This back of video files will show on output screen while mixing just audio. It's quick on the fly way showing video. Great for change in visual output like sports clips, advertisements, or funnies ( cartoon snips ).

Or showing your company or club ads, special promos, or clips from your security cameras. Like the barmaid taking a fall, or DJ knocking out a customer(for legal reasons, I don't show that anymore).

That's what I thought.

Our church uses media shout for their services. Sometimes during praise & worship, there is a moving scene (waterfall/sun setting/etc) with the lyric text superimposed over. Can this be done w/ VDJ? If so, how?

Media shout is basically a gui to allow text/multimedia/video/powerpoint/etc to be 'fired' to a 2nd display. Not really useful outside of a worship setting.

Yes. You can also layer your own text over it.

Sorry to continue with "the stupid" question, but Im really noob with VDJ.

Is there a way that a clipbank can be mixed with the main video output.... I mean, when you load a clipbank can be see the video in the background, or viceversa, the clipbank in the background??? Like a transparency mix or something like that.

Here are my questions. Where is the clipbank thing, how do you use it, where can you get things for it, and how do you put text over them. Thanks..

That's 4 questions. This post will be deleted.

whatever...

1. In video effects. If not, down load from video effects.

2. Once you have clips, click activate.

3. Here, there, everywhere. You can even make your own.

4. You can run several effects at a time. Activate clipbank, and then activate the text effect.

5. Lighten up.

Thanks for the bonus, that was 5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look here, to get you started.

I'm not sure about that. There may be a plug-in for that, but I don't know.

Thanks!
