Hi everebody,

I'm from Brazil and recently bougth a Denon Dn-HS5500, and I trying connect on Virtual DJ, but windows not recognize the equipmente, somebody can help me ?

I would recommend 1st going to the Denon website and see if you have the latest driver. You would think it should come with the player but it sometimes doesn't. I had the same problem with my 4500s.
 
what windows version do u have.the player comes with the denon media manager which installs the general files.dont forget to install the latest asio driver from denon website
