Topic: Help - problems with VDJ pro version

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I purchased VDJ Pro yesterday. When I went to get into the program, I couldn't find it so I had to download it again. The icon appeared on my desktop and it seemed to be here. I logged in tonight, and there is no icon on my desktop. I was planning to add to my system but for some reason, it has vanished. So I went to reload it...when I put in my information again, it said I can't log in twice. I am having some serious issues and not getting anywhere. I have been unable to reach tech support. The only item that appears is ask the question and the answers do not apply to my problem. If someone can offer some guidance I would deeply appreciate it. If there is a number I can call that would be great. Thank you. J

It's the right place for the support and there is always someone available most of the time.

Are you on Vista?
 

In Internet Explorer do the following. Tools > Internet Options DELETE COOKIES

This might let you login again.

Remember and install as administrator
