Topic: Sound card mixing configuration

i have 2 sound cards and would like to have it configured where by one sound card Y acts as a main of both cards X+Y. sound from one sound card X goes into the other one Y. and if i lower the volume of X completely u wont here it on Y. and a way to have X volume up but not here it on Y.
is there any program that can help me do this?

any program that can act as a mixer like that?
