Topic: problems with hearing headsets using inspire 1394 sound card

hello all,

i've scan through what seems likes tons of threads in this forum looking for an answer to my problem. i have an inspire 1394 sound card and im running a macbook i just purchased brand new. the problem is when i plug in the head phones into the sound card the sound i hear in the headphones is really distorted. ive tried to change the setting in the config menu and nothing seems to make it sound good. im using vdj 4.3 btw

any ideas?
