What Stutter Effect ? Are you talking about Stutter Play ? It is inherent to the Play on most skins just continue to click on the play button, it will do a stutter start. Or, if you click on a specific HOT CUE button it does a stutter for that Hot Cue point.

Thanks for the heads up, but i'm looking for an effect that when activated while a song is playing, it crates a stutter to the song. any help?

Well if there is no effect that currently exists, then might want to post a message in the Plug-ins forum asking if anyone will create one.

Try activating a loop with a short length, e.g: loop(25), loop(50), loop(125)
