Topic: macbook pro+Behringer bcd 3000+viryual dj+headphones+midi map problem

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi

I\'m new on djing and I have a macbook pro, Behringer bcd 3000 and viryual dj of course.
I just managed to find a midi map to virtual dj, it still not really working ok, but I still can manage to mix a bit, but my problem now is: I need to use headphones to mix, to listen which exactly is the point to mix from one turntable to the other turntable. Well, I plugged in the headphones, I can use, but the volume controls for it are : phones volume +/- and phones mix, what actually it is not been all this practical to use.
I\'m wondering if it is something about the midi map I\'m using.
I\'m starting to djing, the equipment: audio interface and virtual dj have been new for me.
I\'m just a beginner.

Thanks in advance for the help

The settings you want are

Config > sound

inputs : none
Outputs : headphones
Card : 4.1
Card : beringer audio device

Also worth remembering , if you have one cracked versions will not work well due to the code hijacking and also malware they try to add.

have you looked at the total control and the numark DJ /io it will be allot more stable for you the beringer has chip issues which can lead to instability.
