im curious.. i have 2 speakers and one amp rite now. i wanna know how to connect everything if i was to purchase one more amp and 2 more speakers. would i need any other accessory?

If you want them to do the same thing, use a Y connector out of the mixer. You now have 2 left and 2 right channels, each amp will get a left and a right.

Hi,
what you want to do is use one amp to drive one set of speakers as subs and the other to drive the other speakers as normal mid/high,
you could just disconnect the tweeters on the first set of speakers .
to do that you would need an active crossover , the signal from your mixer would go into that and from the crossover you feed the 2 amps and to the speakers .
The advantage of using a crossover is that you can control the frequencies to give you the best sound to suit what venue you playing at.
Some amps have a built in low pass filter , so in this case you wuldn't need a crossover , but like i said it is best to use an active crossover .
