Topic: videos through projector

I have VDJ and want to connect it to my projector

If i play the vids just on my laptop then i can see them on the second screen

BUT

when i connect my projector, the second screen is blank

how do i sort this out and what do i do????


PLEASE HELP ME

Perhaps you haven't activated the second screen on windows properties or maybe in vdj video options.
 
I have extended my desktop to the second screen and can play videos through Wimamp on the second screen with no problem.

My projector is working fine but i dont know how to set up VDJ to play the vids through the projector, is there something i need to do in the VDJ settings for it to recognise the projector?

if so, what do i do.

Ijn VDJ you need to go to config > Video and select your video card and enable video.
 
ive had a look and i cant see the SOUND CARD option in the config section, ive even looked in the manual on page 41
is it named as someting else?

i dont mean to sound thick but i do want to get it right
 
You want to work with the video tab not soundcard. Look on page 42 of the manual, it explains it there.
