I'm sorry for sounding dumb but I would like to know how ot make samples in the .vdj format. Please enlighten me!

It's not really a plugin question, but I believe .vdj samples are just .ogg files renamed.

Correct .VDJ is used as a container for the .ogg format , these are high quality audio files but wav will do fine too.
