Topic: About using an external mixer with mk2

Hi all, i am seriously planning to get an external mixer (Behringer DJX700) for use with my hercules mk2. I would like to know if i will be able to use the fx, cue and loop buttons on the mk2 if i use an external mixer, though i know that the crossfader would be disabled in the mk2. What other disadvantage do i face if i use an external mixer. Kindly shed light on this. Thank u

only midi mixers can control the software so you would be using the mk2 as a soundcard

and you could control the fx via that , please note you will need to upgrade at a
discount to use this feature.
