I bought the hercules mk2 console. after installing vdj and inserting the serial number i am trying to open the program it gives me an error16 and the program is closing. why???????????????/ thnx for helping and im sorry for my english

Uninstall any demos of pro or unoffical versions , install the console software and then make a ticket via the contact link provided.
