Can you use any type of USB Turntables? or does it have to be a specific type?

If you want to use timecodes you need a full audio interface like the maya 44 usb or a u46dj or a VV box.
 

I think USB turntables are marketed to the general public for those that want to record there vinyl to mp3, (they usually come with some basic ripping software). I think thats it, I doubt they have any kind of pitch control etc for TCV. I may be wrong though...

But yes you'll need an asio soundcard with at least one stereo in pair.
 

is it possiable to hook it up to mixers? like the Mk2, or one of the behringers?
and if you need a maya 44 what about laptops? would a DJ IO work??

No, that is why Skyfxl mentioned soundcards. Using a good quality ASIO soundcard you can accomplish what you are looking for with a regular pair of turntables. Once you have these you can hook them up to mixers. I am not sure..but I believe the MKII is an ASIO soundcard. These sound cards work with all PCs via USB connection.
 

Yes the mk2 is an asio soundcards n it werk on mac n pc.
