Hello,
Im a user of Virtual DJ (Dj Console), Unfortunately I cannot start it up anymore. Everytime I try to start it up, I get the following error message:
Protection error 16.
Could you please explain me what this means and what I can do with it.
I really need to use the Dj console in the shortterm and hopefully you can help me.

Further I would like to know what the emailadress is of the support/helpdesk, cause can't find something on the website.
Looking forward to some info to solve this issue.
