Topic: BCD2000 help

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have to press every key on the unit 2 in order for it to activate anything. Like if I want to play, I have to press Play on the BCD 2 times. but Cue works instandly. Please help solving this issue. Any help would be great.
