Topic: The sound failure. How to solve the problem?

Use a notebook ASUS G2S and hercules MK2. Sometimes the sound cuts and then back. Yesterday I made a presentation and sound failed some 10 times. How to fix this problem?

More info please. Explain cuts and then back. More machine specs, and are you using video?
 
Thanks for response. The sound and some back quickly. Sometimes the computer hangs and I have to restart the machine. The sound for all. I have 2 notebook ASUS G2S and two Hercules MK2, the problem happens in all equipment. On a windows have views and it is only installed the Virtual DJ, nonetheless gives problem. Work only with videos. We use only sounds. If I leave the VJ running alone, automatically, it also locks after a while.

Now the problem happened several times and the track stopped. It's terrible.

In the settings of the console (not vdj !), you need to set the buffer higher!
 
Not understood. You say I have qu configure the MK2? But he has no settings of "buffer" or have? Why is the sound failure?
 
Is the mk2 with soundcard inside ? If no, I´m sorry, I was wrong.
 
i am sorry, went in the config of MK2 and really, in the flap, MAIN, is the "ASIO BUFFER SIZE" and is marked N / A. What is the correct way to set?
 

If you have the mk2, click on the Asio button, that should bring up the Asio Buffer size options. I have mine on about 2606 I think, try that.
