I wouldn't go with the Stantons. Pony up another $200 each and get the Pioneer CDJ 800's. You will be more than satisfied!

I agree, forget the Stantons, although they have scratch functionality they are very weak in this area, don't be tempted by their price and ‘attractive’ design (for the price).
The Numark AXIS 9 are good, solid players but they are also old, they look a bit dated and don't offer MP3 support. The BPM detection is spot on, and is said by many to be far more accurate than that which Pioneer offer.
The CDJ200 is a nice little deck, and if you can't see yourself wanting to scratch then it's an ideal little deck, for mixing purposes it's the better deck out of the three (Pitch resolution, effects, Looping, Master tempo etc), in everything that it does (apart from BPM detection) it rises head and shoulders above the competition at this price point, it may be a budget player but the sound quality, master tempo, effects etc are all Pioneer standard, no less.
There is a nice video of them in action here:

These are the three that you listed, but I strongly recommend you look at the Pioneer CDJ-400, even if you can only afford one to start with (remember if it's supported natively in VDJ, you will be able to use one unit to effectively control 'two' decks), of course it also supports USB as well as midi, any DJ who's software/HD orientated shoulder consider the Pioneer CDJ400 and/or iCDX over plain old CD decks.
