Hi ! I'm would like to know how I can connect my mixer (denon dn-x500) to the virtual dj or other software. I need an especific sound card??

you should get VDJ pro

and a maya 44 usb soundcard :)
 
ok so it's a external soundcard right ??
 
and any model fits??
 
it is an external usb soundcard with phono outputs

aslong as the mixer supports phono connections any good quality dj mixer will suffice
