Topic: Videos to purchase and download

Not sure if this site has been posted, but you can by individual videos in a choice of format and pay £1.99 a video. Its not a massive collection, but not bad for filling a few holes in the collection when you don't want to buy a compilation disc just to get one song.

By the way, the videos are DRM free.

At the checkout you get an option to choose a full screen version for desktop viewing.

Why would you choose the portable file version, you silly billies :)

Yeah, when i first viewed the website i noticed it too, so i just tried one video first and it gives the option of a portable video size or full video size for desktop / tv viewing.

I brought a few more after that to be sure and they all offer a full size video.

I think its just an oversight or mistake on the site.

Do you know what res or bitrate they are? there are many utils that will tell you this.

 
They are on my external drive. I think vista tells me that info at the bottom of the browser when i click on the file. Give me 10 minutes and i'll hook the drive up and have a look for you :)

Size: 720x540

Frame Rate: 25fps

In which format: .vob, .mpeg, DivX, wmv ?
Do they have a logo on them?
 
They are wmv. There are no logos on the video at all.

No bitrate though, what size in meg are the files?
 
The one i'm looking at now is 97mb.

The bit rate is 3115kps on the file i'm looking at.
