I keep getting a direct x sound driver error show up when I load up VDJ, why! dose anyone know?

could be 1] you just need to change your sound output settings as i do when using lappy at home as opposed to working with a mixer, its just a gentle reminder from vdj to do this or 2] are you upto date with directx???...

Hi I pluged in my mk 2 and re loaded the software and the message had gone, so i guess it's nothing to worry about but it's really bloody anoying.

whats happening there is you had pre-set sound settings to look for mk2 in sound setup, because its not there vdj is basically telling you to re-set sound outputs so you can hear without the mk2...hope it helps
