Topic: dj console mk2 firmware update problem

when i connect my console on my macbook i have the firmware updater that launch and say : a problem occur during the update process : code 2
HOW CAN I DO MY UPDATE

uninstall the mk2 drivers from the mac download the latest package from the hercules website ,

they sound currupt,
