I rec'd my software in the mail, but the serial number provided keeps reading invalid. I've tried it numerous times w/ caps on & off, dashes & no dashes. Has this happened to anyone? Any advice?

I had that problem I just saved the key from the registry and no more problems. I have changed my email address several times so I am not going to go through the pain to get a new number.
