I set up 4 song playlist...started automix.....Starts and runs. Third song I stop it...done for now, clear playlist. Later on I go back, load the list...hit automix....FOR THE LIFE OF ME...it won't start at song one...it wants to start where I left off. What I had to do was start the automix and physically double click each song (the 4th and the first)...clear the playlist and start automix again.. This can't be right.
When you clear a list and reload it, shouldn't it start at the first song...Shouldn't I have the option of starting anywhere in the list as you did with v4.3...you simply loaded the 1st song you want to start with and hit automix.....
As musch as I love this software; this upgrade has been very frustrating.....

Have you tried to load your playlist back up, drag the song you want to start with, say song 4, to the player then hit play, then turn on automix. I believe it will do as you want then.

Nope - doesn't work...It starts on the last song played....In 4.3 you'd simply load the fist two songs.....hit auto play and it would start on the active deck. I will try it again......

I've been trying to figure out how to do this as well, in V7.
The only way I've found to restart an AutoMix playlist is to restart VirtualDJ and reload the playlist from scratch.
