Topic: how to uninstal virtualdj completely from mac??

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

i bought macbook from my friend and he had installed a virtual dj but not a legal version.
while opening the program i have a worning "the internal database is corrupted" i klick OK and next worning is "invalid skin file (error line %i in the xml) than program turns off.

i'm instaling legal version after normaln uninstaling the old one but nothing change.. program is starting as i never uninstal anything... all the time the same warning. program even don't ask me for serial number.

i supose that virtual dj puts somewhere file which contains my problems...
all files of virtual dj, i know o my hard drive are in programs and in documents - where is something more?

add your serial , please

and then delete com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist in

yourcomputer/users/youname/libary/preferences

restart the software , add your legal serial.

 
Yeah, that'll do it.

For the most part, to uninstall anything on Mac you just dump the app and the preference file.
