Let's say I want to map an mp3 (scratch samples, for example) on the keyboard. This way, instead of digging through the playlist folders, I can load it to the next deck with little effort for a super quick transition.

No, there is no 1 function that provides this feature. The sampler would be the only way you can get this type of play of a file.
