How do i upload a viodeo?

Upload to where?? basically if u want to play video just drag to the deck or simply double click on it n it will ready in the deck.
 
some of my videos will not play in vdj,thwe sound is there but no video,ive tried the diferent codecs but with some videos i just get music and a blank screen,does anyone know why?
