Can VirtualDJ play M4e files (AAC format) these are encoded by itunes and supposed to be better than mp3... when I try to open them in VDJ nothing happens but when I right-click on them and select "file info" it says "libfaad.dll not found"

this feature might be supported in next version of vdj ;)

Dont i know this arrrrgh i converted all my tunes to mp4
to find out the next day that vdj doesnt support yet:(
so i found a solution!
DB poweramp music conversion...freeware
you can dowload the trial version to get the codecs
this version is good for 30 days.:)

again... wait and see... ;) aac is a new standard that iTunes made really pop... and I have a feeling VDJ might support it really soon ;)

It might have been a good idea to try a couple of these files before converting the whole library. I hope you still have the originals.
Converting, and then converting back may cause some loss of fidelity.
