I DOWNLOADED AND MADE A TCCD. WHEN I PLAY IT IN CD PLAYER I GET 100% TC QUALITY. TO MY SURPRISE THE SIGNAL IS LOUD. IS THERE A WAY TO MUTE OR TURN IT DOWN ANNOYINGLY LOUD PLEASE HELP

yes mute the output of your inputs on widows control pannel > sounds
