Topic: trial version not allowing scan of local hardrive...

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

everytime i press scan local hard drive in local database, the program either freezes or closes...

Any ideas anyone?

what is ur machine spec how many files?
 
duo core t2300
1gig ram
80 gig hard drive
3000 files
 
try scanning in smaller amounts say 500 at a time.
