It is a house song with the chant from soccer games "Oh Lay, Oh Lay Oh Lay Oh Lay"

Lots of energy.

THat's all there is in the song, but people love it.

Probably pretty new.

Can it be M@D - The concert (original White Stripes music)?... Italians LOVE that music. They hear in every single disco! It's their Fifa's World Cup hymn. LOL
