Topic: BPM auto-doubling option

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hey, i've noticed that VDJ/Atomix most of the time detect BPM as half of what they really are, so i have a lot of 70-80 BPM songs while they actually are 2x70-80 bpm. If it was possible to put a limit value "100", which would force anything detected as less than 100 BPM have their BPM doubled automatically, that would be great. Now if i manually go doubling in the BPM edit menu, this takes lot of time and the doubling won't be very accurate as BPM edit menu only shows one decimal.

Had you read the topic, i said Option. So this problem really only concerns the minority of people playing d'n'b or hc,psy, hardtrance, nunrg, hardhouse and plenty of other..

Also there could be a "double" or "divide" by 2 button in BPM edit for accuracy incase it just happens that the auto-doubling did double your hip-hop tunes.
