Hi all, i'm planning to buy a laptop in the next week or so any suggestion which one is better to get between the centrino or pentium 4 proceesor. thx.

Pentium 4 is a better choice if you want better performance, but a centrino has better power management if you are on the move a lot. However, centrino will slow down as the processor heats up, so the performance might not be as good.
I would go for a P4, but again I go around a lot, but my PC is always plugged in... You should choose centrino if you think you'll use the battery a lot.
