I have and issue with the software freezing when I'm auto mixing

I have tried re installing and no joy

can anyone help as this is a night mare

what is ur pc spec?
 
asus laptop

intel dual core 1.83
1gig ram
radion x1600 graphics
100gb hd
 
What are your sound card settings??
