When using the Hercules mk2 the left and right analog does not wind the mp3 back which makes this useless for mixing from CD to mp3 it should act the same as a CD mixer or record deck. Is there an upgrade or download to sort this problem.

What you mean?
The Hercules MK2 is a midi software mixer, and have absolutely no control over CD decks.

make sure you are in 'scratch mode' for the jog wheels and not 'pitch bend mode' or whatever if you want the wheel to be able to move the song backwards
