Topic: Change user status from Home to Pro User

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just upgraded from MixStation 3 (VDJ Home Edition) to Numark Cue 4.1x. I registered the new software on your website, but my status didn't change from Home user to Pro user. I want to download some of the newer fx and samples but I cannot do that until I have Pro user status. Please update my status or advise if there's an issue. Thanks

Well, I did it the other way around: first bought the software and then bought hercules contoller mk2. No problem with registration. I was afraid I would be degradeted from pro to console user.

BUT. I didn't, I'm a satisfied user ;).

 
Ok the bug is now fixed ;)
