I know you can record your audio mixes.... Can VDJ Pro record a video mix?? If you can do it with another software, whats it called?

I have been told to try out Fraps. I don't know how good it is.

Fraps is really good...

however just because the whole concept of video mixing is a pretty CPU intensive process to begin with, I have yet to find a computer that can mix videos well and record at the same time without showing signs of lag in one of the two.

my suggestion is to use some external recording device (I pulled my DVD recorded from my home theater and that did the trick wonderfully) or you could just buy a cheap video capture card (tv tuner stuff)

Point well taken, I never consider there being a lag in recording. I do have an external video capture. I just never been able to have the audio and video in sync. There seem to be a split secound delay between video and audiowhen recording into the video capture.
