How do I request to get my serial number I lost the cd case

contact support they will help :)
 
I tried no response yet, I think they are off today for the holiday LOL
 
they will reply with in 1-2 working days

so they give you a new serial? arn't they afraid people will like sell serials or something?

nope your serial is saved in the db here because you registered with it ;)

Hey guys, I have my serial number that they sent me a long time ago, but I just downloaded the program, and now I cannot find a place to enter the serial number!! Am I missing something?

Thank god for that! I have also contacted support but I am desperate for mine - I need it by friday lol as that is my next party!

just bought a new laptop [windows vista installed]...would like to re activate my serial number to download atomix onto new pc...have contacted customer support a few times,but no reply.....yet!hopefully will hear from them shortly.any probs with vista?thanks...im looking forward to downloading it onto new pc :-}

Are you using Atomix with Vista? How is it working out? I have weird problems and no one answering me.

it works fine with vista the only problem is that the time code is messed up with vista so if your a real dj just stick with xp
 
Why answer questions 2 years old .... please pay attention to a thread's last posting date before you answer a question that is years old.
