Topic: External Sound Cards

I'm using a new laptop and going to purchase an external sound card today, any advice? I need something affordable, but will allow me to listen with to headphones with the internal sound card and line out to the stereo with the external sound card. any opinions on the small cheap ones from turtle beach etc.?

try a card like u46dj or mk2 dj console
