Topic: Protection Error 16

I recently uninstalled VDJ DC Edition and the Herc drivers and reinstalled them. Now I have no access to the 3.3 update of VDJ. I am brought to a page which reads- "You have already downloaded the latest patch update_virtualdj_djc_v3.4.exe. You don't need to download anything else now." Next a dialogue box pops up which reads Protection Error 16, contact service@virtualdj.com. I sent an email but still no answer. Whats up?

this happens when a cracked version of pro has been installed or installed previously

you need to contact support to request an unlock
