Is it just me or is the old Effects setup better than the new one....
I liked having 3 effects loaded at all times so i could use any of them at a moments notice....
now with the drop down i think its not as easy to use....or maybe I'm just using them wrong...
Anyone else feel this way...or am I just going about using them in the wrong way....

I didn't like the new way at first either, but sometimes I'm just stubborn ;)
Once I got accustomed to the new way though, and modified my skin and my controller to use it correctly, I find that it is actually much better. You have access to all of the effects without having to go to the effects tab of the browser.
I think I would feel limited if I had to go back to the old way now.

Yes i think you need time to discover all the possibilities.
Don't forget the direct access by the name of the plugin or the sub-folders.
