Topic: Bought MK2, Didn't come with Installation Software!?

I just purchased the dj console mk2 but it did not come with the installation software. Is there any way to obtain this software here/online?

Can I connect this to VirtualDJ without the installation software?

1. if it came retail from a shop
you need to contact hercules support for a new serial and cd

2. if you bought it second hand you need to buy vdj pro and download the drivers to use it

yea just got it from guitar center. is there a number I can call??

Can i connect to virtualDJ without the installation software?

I have virtualDJ but how do I hook up the mk2 via usb?
 
might want to take it back to the shop and demand a replacment
 
last one :/ i bought it still cause i have virtualDJ but i did not know I needed the drivers/installation cd for the mk2 console. any know of a place I can get this now instead of having to return and wait till they get a new shipment?
 
 
thanks! i have the mk2 control pannel up and running.

i go to config in virtualdj and select the mk2 but i don't hear anything, do i have to set up speakers to the mk2 or should i be able to hear it from the computer speakers??
 
need to conect the laptop to the mk2 directly
