Hello Everyone
Last week I posted a topic about my hercules console not working properly.
Every time I have to use it I have to re install the drivers or it would not let me change to dj mode.
Anyway this sunday I bought the MK2 but is not working either ( F.........................K)
But now I can't disinstall the drivers from the hercules to install them again.
Is there a tool to help me to erase and di install the Hercule Drivers???
I know there is one for VDJ but I try to di install VDJ too and that din't work either.
Some one suggested to update the DirecX drivers. How do I do that???
I hope somebody can give me a hand on this.
Honestly I am so frustrated with this product, now I can't use anything, I have a gig tomorrow, I am in the middle of the ocean and I can't go and try to buy anything else.
As I said ealier Hercules is really unrealiable, is only given me problems since day 1

you are using old drivers, update to latest drivers from Hercules.com

The drivers so far I know are the latest version.
I can't change from wdm to asio for the MK2
Or Normal to dj mode in the old console screen.
In any case even if had any newer version my Proble is I can't disintall the other ones to beging with.
I already updated the DirecX drivers in case that have something to do with it, and I really don't think is my System ( Dell XPS 1210 Centrino Duo 2.2Mhz 1G ram).
How do unisntall this drivers???

my system tells me "new hardware found" and it ask me to install the drivers like it doesn't reconize it.
I usually I just ingore it but may this has something to do with it.

Hercules is a pice of crap.
I can beleive I fell for it again.

go to startmenu > control pannel
add remove programs ,
choose mk1
unintstall
then if you aslo have a mk2 install uninstall that 2
then grab the latest drivers
http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php
and install them

Correct and ALWAYS PLUG MK2 into SAME USB PORT.
