I bought VDJ earlier this week and downloaded the program to my desk top. Everything works fine. Since I am a mobile DJ I then have been trying unsuccessfully to copy/install the program to my laptop. It's a new Dell Inspiron 5150 - P4 with HT Technology.
I have been sending messages fir help and recieving reply's for possible fixes but none have worked.
I have explained that I have a few gigs this coming week-end & I would like this problem resolved. I have come to the conclusion that the easiest way for us all is for you to allow me to download the program one more time straight to my laptop. You state on your website under FAQ that if we lose the program due to a hardrive crash, that you would permit the program to be downloaded again. I see the current situation as being the same as a crash. Had I known this was going to be a problem, I would have downloaded the initial program straight to my laptop.
You have my license number. Can you please accomodate me?
