Hi I can´t record my mic voice, I have the talkover on and can hear my voice in the speakers but not on the record file... please help!

Two thing to check (maybe you've done it)...
1. CHECK THE SYSTEM CONFIG FOR SOUNDCARDS
Verify you've RECORD options selected and uncheck the MUTE on MIC fader.
2. CHECK VirtualDJ RECORD SETTINGS
You can select to record MUSIC, or MUSIC + MIC (do you have this option selected?)

are you using mk2?
if so press the mic button , turn it up
then go the the mk2 contol pannel and adjust the talk over levels:)
to record on record options choose
master+mic
card > mk2 :)

Hi I have test everything but no result.. I have the Mk2 talk-over on -6db and maste+mic hercules on record options..
I can hear my voice in the speakers when I record but not on the mp3file, any ideas?

do you have the lame codec?
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Lame_Encoder.htm
place it in the program folder of virtual dj it should now record as mp3

dont think so.. have downoald it now but wath will it do for me?
have no problem recoding music on mp3 just that it want record wath I say in the mic...
