I don't suppose anyone knows wthat the DAC2 pitch fix was, and if it will also fix those PC's using a mapper? Its mentioned in the history page, but does not explain whet the fix was.
I have the pitch jump issue (Where soon as you move the pitch slider, the software slider jumps to match it) but I'm using Perns Mapper, and not sure if the fix will follow through the mapper to fix both non mapper and mapperd users.

The DAC2 pitch issue was fixed with 4.1r2 - So you shouldn't have issues with 4.2?
How does the pitch respond if you don't use the mapper?
(just rename the dac2.dll to dac2.old and then launch VDJ )

I'm afraid I don't have a test DAC here. I'm sort of stuck using the mapper, as it has my video controls built into it.
I will however post here what the results are of running without the mapper.
Would somone be able to foreward whatever fix was applied to the default mapper, to Pern, as his mapper also suffers from the pitch issue?
