Yes, those marked as compatible with VDJ 4.0 and above.

But in order to Download them you have to be Pro user and above for the 4.1 compatible skins, however all the default Mods are available for everyone to try

The answer is NO, we cannot email you the skin You will need to buy VDJ Pro or Numarks Cue to get the skin .
No user will send locked skins. We all respect the level of work involved in writing these skins, and if the author restricts their skin, we all respect their wishes.
