I recently update VDJ with a plug-in that would help control the volume curve. It didn't seem to help reslove the problem I am having when recording a session. During the crossfade, the volume drops when tracks are equal.
Any suggestions on how to reslove this?

Crossfade curve Plug-in is not required for "sharp" crossfader behaviour. Choose this preference:
Settings > Options > Crossfader (lower right corner) > Full.
...and this has nothing to do with crossfade volumes.
