When to record as MP3 format, it ask me for an ENCODER, what is that, what am I suppossed to choose?

Open the link, copy & save the lame_enc.dll file in your virtualdj folder. Then when VDJ asks you for the encoder, direct it to this file. That should solve your problem. Gluck.
