It should work just fine, as long as you are not doing video. specs are pretty decent. Running Audio doesn't require much of the video card, but video will. Hence, the specs are just fine, up until you get to the video requirements.

My LAPTOP is just about the same specs as yours... it's totally fine... never had a problem with it.

The beggining of his message cleary ask if it meets the min req. for mixing video. so lets keep the answer at No,so that no one gets confused, Im not saying it can't do it...but without the hardware accel you will find that alot of the video effects won't work..also not having it enabled will tax your cpu and give you numerous freezes of video while playing.

Thanks for your help I decided to upgrade my desktop and bought a Nvidia Geforce 7600 gs oc graphic card. agp 8x/4x 512mb ddr2. I hope this will work. Now I have to upgrade to the full version of virtual dj. All I want to do is mix music videos with virtual dj. I am new to virtual dj and I must say I like it. I am a traktor user and have been since version 1.0. I do all my gigs (club, weddings...etc) with a laptop running traktor. So I am excited to add virtual dj into the mix. (more money for me)!
