Topic: Recommended ASIO settings

Can anyone advise me what I should set the ASIO Buffer to for the following set up:

Compaq Presario 2511EA laptop with only 384Mb RAM and a 2.53GHz P4-D processor and a 30Gb hard disk with about 4.5 Gb free.
